RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

  • Production process:Orders typically take 2-3 business days, plus additional time for shipping, normally 7-12 business days. Some orders may take longer based upon several factors including the amount of production time to customize your product, the size of the order, and the destination address. Due to Covid-19, few orders might be delivered in 10-14 business days.
  • FREECOTOPwill accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt. If there is a defective product or error caused on our end, FREECOTOP  will happily replace a product.
  • We will process your request within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your return. Please note shipping costs incurred on your original order are not refunded upon return.
  • The shipping services will reuse their tracking numbers after 120 days so that every tracking number will show invalid after that period of time. We will not be responsible for any loss in shipping after 120 days.
  • If you are returning a package over $70, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, for your own benefit since we are not sure whether we will be able to receive your returned package or not.
