RETURN & EXCHANGE
Return and Exchange Policy
We always prioritize customer satisfaction and hope our customers can have a wonderful shopping experience in our stores. However, if you are not satisfied with the items you received, here are the details of our Return and Exchange Policy:
Return Notices:
- Please contact our Customer Service (CS) and provide the reasons for the return, along with relevant photos.
- Return requests can only be made for issues related to size, quality, and color, etc., within 20 days of receiving the original order.
- If the return package is over 2 weeks, please contact us in time.
- Do not send the package directly to the address on the package. That is one of the carrier’s transit warehouses, and is incorrect, otherwise, it will affect the processing of your return.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
- If a product is DOA (Damaged on Arrival) or shipped incorrectly, please kindly contact our CS Support first before sending it back, as it must be returned to the exact outbound warehouse for a refund or exchange.
Exchange Notices:
- Please contact our CS and provide the reasons for the exchange.
- Other circumstances are handled as described above.
Additional Non-Returnable Conditions:
- Returned items must be unused. We do not accept any returned items that have been washed, damaged, or altered.
- Clearance and special offer items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Refund Notices:
- The refund will be subject to preliminary inspection after the item arrives at the warehouse and will be processed within 5-10 business days. (NB: After the refund is processed, the transportation cost is not included, except in other cases).
- The refund will be returned via the payment method used at the purchase.
